It's just a medium sized boat that goes at a medium pace and has a sherbet cannon. It also looks like a banana split floating around.

It sounds good, make sure you put the correct amount of time and material into it though. 20 days and 1 unit of material sounds about right.

I have new Pikmin species ideas.
Brown Pikmin: Pikmin that are smaller than most Pikmin. They are brown and have claws on their hands. These Pikmin have generally very low attack power or defensive capability. They are however, very fast and have the ability to quickly dig around underground.
Cloud Pikmin: These Pikmin aren't actually clouds, but they look white and have the ability to float using their power to control winds. These Pikmin can control the flow of air, which isn't very useful in direct battle, but can help disorient opponents in the air and has many uses when creating new things. These Pikmin are considered a species of elemental Pikmin.

Yellow fluid: Create an electric shield surrounding 1 special or elite troop. Ordinary troops can't survive the electricity induced fluid. In other words, it can also be used against your enemies.
