Fine by me! Will be interesting to see someone have troops from other armies.
I have Rocket-at-legs now, so no need to build Bazookas xd

Mercenary Units ideas. It's an ongoing idea dump which anyone can contribute. Costs vary for each unit depending on thier strength although they should be expensive in general due to being on demand.
Basic
Dwarf Lesser Meerslug Small Meerslugs who are great at digging and hiding for creatures to come near them. Their teeth aren't sharp so they rely on swallowing their prey whole. This heavily limits their attack speed as they have to wait for what they eat to stop struggling before they can move freely again. Has a tough natural hide.
Winged Dwarf Bulborbs The name is a misnomer which is not helped by the members of the species that insist that they can fly. They can't. They do however have powerful legs to jump high and their wings let them glide down giving the appearance of flying, at least to those fleeing from them. While great in surprise attacks due to their speed they also have even less durability than their wingless counterparts while also retaining their size making them extremely easy to take out from range.
Special
Mamuta Chuckers Slower Mamutas that prefer to chuck objects as opposed to planting them. They still have a mental block on hurting Pikmin - they'll just slam them into the ground to replant them or chuck them to places where they can be planted if on ground where planting isn't possible.
Lesser Meerslug Medium sized Meerslug which are good at digging and hiding for long periods of time. Unlike their Dwarf counterparts they have developed teeth and can bite into foes if needed. While their stomachs are larger they can still be filled up with what they eat and need to take a rest if they eat too much. Even tougher hide than their Dwarf counter parts.
Shell Head Bulborb A Bulborb with a shell protecting it's head. They attack by ramming their heads into thief foes trying to smash them as they have under developed teeth. They have a thinner shell protecting their back though they aren't armored underneath.

Wait, I thought your building was about recruiting troops that already exists and are unique to other armies (Water spirits, Chaos-at-legs, Lacerita for example).
It actually recruit troops from non-existing armies? Still fine with that, I just want to be sure how it works.

Half was thinking that, that was based on that International Military Academy a while back. I also had the idea of mercenaries pop up. Essentially this building is a two in one letting me recruit other forces while at the same time letting everyone recruit mercenaries ( I don't get any money out of it, just the discount for them.). Half thought of just making them two separate buildings, a Mercenary Outpost with all the mercenary stuff listed, and the international military academy which allows for the recruitment of other forces and doubles as a bunker in times of assault.

Oh ok! So there's mercenaries in the building other armies can recruit, but then you can recruit units unique to other armies?
Still fine with that, sorry I was confused xd!

Yeah I was imagining a meeting place of fighters of all kinds. Some selling their services, some just enjoying the company, while being a place were others come in hopes of being part of Zol's armies/ rejects from others. It'll be the primary meeting place for Zol as well. RP wise Zol's a previous mercenary who became leader of a group of aquatic creatures he saved while off duty. Will delve into that back story in a bit.

cool! How about pikmin style mercenaries? These are more bulborb and creature related, I would like to see some actual pikmin kind.

It's up for everyone to design troops though I'd have the list of mercenaries available at certain times rotating I guess though I'm not too sure who should determine what's available. Pikmin styled is fine, I was just focusing on creatures as I have more fun thinking those units out.

would they come in a certain quantity? Like a squad of X number? Or would you pay per unit?

Those details I'd leave up to the War Masters. I'd think squads for Ordinary Level Units and per unit for special units. I think they would also have a better handle on the pricing as well.

That sounds fine.
Also, Malefio, how much time and money would the drill thing take?
