Anyone mind I come up with a second daily thing for the arena? (Didn't think about what yet)
CAPs pile up to slowly imo, considering we will lose our gladiator in V2.

Troops duel:
1.All the troops you have added in your troops topic will be available to participate, no matter if you have some in your inventory or not. Only the troops in your troops topic will be considered.
2.The random element will come from what troops enters the battle (will always be duels). You won't lose any troop in these duels, they are creatures working for the arena, not your troops.
3.This will not be be random: you will have to choose a weapon and an armor out of a list I will make, without knowing what troop will fight in the arena.
4.Troops will keep all their abilities, but the weapons and armor will play a big part in the fight.
5.Entering costs no petals, but you have to buy the weapons and armor. It's 10 petal for a weapon and 10 for an armor, no matter what it is. You have to have at least one weapon and one armor to participate. You keep what you buy permanently, but it's only used for the troops duels. If you want more choices, buy them.
6.Ordinary troops will go in battle with a weapon and an armor. Special troops will enter only with an armor. Elite troops will enter without any weapon or armor. Don't forget that you choose your armor and weapon before knowing what will fight for you.
7.Winner get 1 CAP for his gladiator.
What do you guys think?

Well I was gonna suggest we do some sort of boss fights against NPCs, which anyone could participate in, and the boss would drop a set number of CAPs that would be equally divided. No cost to enter, no penalty for losing. Just easy CAPs!

your idea is good, I just don't know if I can do all of that on top of the arena, on top of my other duties in other stuff, on top of my 4 college classes, on top of work. I got a lot going on...

I think the number of CAPs we are earning now is good, especially when looking at the army bonuses you can buy with them.

Yeah, I tried to balance it from the beginning... I mean 20 caps gives you access to the strongest elites I have seen so far... and 25 gives you the best weapons and armor possible....

This weekend I am thinking of doing a special event... I am gonna run it by the mods in a message. That should help with CAP deficiencies a little bit...

How would it work exactly? Are the troops randomly selected?
Also you forgot my signature Night Blades (They are a special troop.)

Looking at the troop duel, I'm kinda of worried. I really don't have any extra petals to buy the weapons/armor.
Maybe you can mix/match one weapon and armor type for each troop type participating in the battle, and you won't know what your enemy has or what units he is using, making it were you have to strategize?
Maybe a limit of 50 ordinaries/5 specials for each each troop type chosen? so someone with a thousand red pikmin can't just go after someone who only has 300 of each unit type?

Yeah, it sounds like we are rewarding unit stacking... I don't know, I like the concept, but there are a lot of pitfalls we should be cautious of.
I like the 50/5 limit, and I think we should avoid elites all together. You don't have to limit weapons and armor to just normal if you do it that way.
So is it basically just a game of Rock-Paper-Scissors with the weapons and armor?
