Scornets:
They are undyingly loyal, fierce, and equipped with long barbed stingers. Great teamwork too, though they're not too bright. Or tough, come to think of it. What they are is fast and deadly.
Winged Pikmin:
Yes, Zephaniah finally figured out the right sequence of notes to control these guys as well! (She admits that it kind of hurts her soprano strings). These guys aren't quite as deadly as the others, but they're strong in their own way- they can carry a pretty ridiculous load and still remain airborne. Granted, they're pretty slow when they're doing that, but still.
Hook-bats:
Surprisingly NOT restricted to nocturnal missions, although they'd probably be better suited for them. What with the echolocation, the silent wings, and the hooked tail that's just PERFECT for grabbing sentries by the throat before they can do something stupid. Like scream. Or sound the alarm.
Puffy Blowhogs:
They're graceful fliers, like the whales of the air. And like whales, they have a habit of sending out bursts of air from their nose. Only, instead of clearing seawater, these gusts just keep going on, and on, and just blow people away! Sadly, unless those people are unfortunate enough to land on a spike or something, they can't do much more than cause confusion.
Withering Blowhogs:
Less "whale" and more "dolphin". And instead of being intelligent and fun loving, these guys just ruin your day. Their breath will rot, corrode, and otherwise destroy all those pretty little guns, suits of armor, and vehicles that you spent so long making.
Careening Dirigibug:
The slowest fliers in the army, these guys are like B-12s. Sure, they need an escort, but if they get to their destination, there will be havoc. Explosion-filled havoc.
