When we first started, Devaint sword attempted to create a series of " Lote" for our world here.
I want to try and do something similar, but this time it will be a story spanning between characters, generals, soldiers, workers, etc. It will not be a fanfiction... but will be almsot like the storyline behind something like lost kingdom.
I hope it can make our game deeper, more than just fighting and bloodshed. More than just building an army...
I want it to be a callorborative thing as well. Hopefully everyone can give input and work on it.

im pretty sure i made hale's goals pretty clear. to sell weapons to the armies he likes and have people hire his mercs to kill people

Well when I say character and story I mean something a bit deeper. Usually we have doing battles and stuff, but sometimes J wish there was a bit more behind the battle you know?

I see a lot of people that are starting off on that already. A lot of our commanders logs before started with something generic or simple, but everyone's commander logs seem to be a bit more fleshed out. |

i can see someome fighting hale because they find out that hale wanted to capture and contain every animal on PNF-404 and punch them all to extinction...for shits and giggles

Realized how we can do this. We can do minor special events for them. Instead of being competitive or something like they will be "cooperative" will allow our characters to interact and flesh out a bit more actual story.
I will call the special event "Story mode"

Hey guys, anyone remember me? No? Didn't think so, it's been over a year. You know, my army was going to have a major story behind it, but I didn't ever get around to it, because I suck at the day-to-day aspect of this. I had an overall goal planned out, but all of the "add 5 of troop x" and "gather 3 of x resource" is hard to wrap my head around. I think more in terms of "this is what I want to end up doing." I suppose I can try it again. I was going to be a mad scientist who was kinda evil and insane. I know what my endgame was going to be, though. I was probably going to get wiped out well before that, though. I guess I can try it again, though I'm not sure how well my plans will work out, because odds are I won't last long enough to see them to fruition. I'll go make an army application and then check out the other armies currently around.
