Time: Every player will take turns planning troop movements, unit construction as well as research costs. Each player will take their turn in a designated order, which we role for. If a player does not take their turn within 24 hours, they will forfeit for their turn.
Bases: Each player will be allowed to choose the location of their first base anywhere on any of the maps. Their will be unclaimed bases with a set locations that can be taken over. Your starting base will contain a barracks for producing infantry.
To seize control of an enemy or neutral base base, infantry units must occupy the base for 4 turns.

Is...is that it? I mean, usually with your rule sets you show how to make a log, the numbers of things that you can get from things, etc.

No. I'm still working on it. I'm gonna get on it tommorow. I have to finish a 20 slide presentation on Canadian Provenance tonight.
