So, Mr. Megaphone is on top of an unclimbable tower made of snow (The location of Unspeakeable Wonder). There's two way to win this battle:
1.Find a way to get Mr. Megaphone off the tower and flee.
2.Eliminate all your enemies.
Now, Pie found the location on it's first try. He won't have an automatic win, but depending on Pie's plan to obtain the treasure, Beatrice Wax may already have taken down Mr Megaphone from the tower once Jarlaxle arrives.
So Pendragon, just keep in mind that Pie may be already trying to escape when you arrive, depending on what his plan was to get the treasure down there.
Just to be clear: 100% chance of a battle. Pie's army just have more time to get the treasure down from the tower.
