Passive ability: Adaptability: Hector can attach one weapon to it's main body before each match. Gattling Gun = + 1 accuracy, Sword = + 1 strength, Spiky shield = +1 defense. Only one of the three weapon can be equipped.
Active ability: Steam: Hector might let off some steam, putting the enemy accuracy at 1.
