Chaos wakes up, in the usual meeting room, he's tied up to a chair. Rumbles is alone with him.
"What? What's going on here?" asks Chaos
"I'm sorry... I don't agree with what you did... We were in good terms with Zol, and you created those... anomalies to try and kill him. It's unnaceptable. You should have asked me what I thought about that!"
"That's what I am Rumbles, I am a killer. If I don't kill, I become insane and... this happens."
"That's still unnacceptable. You will be judged"
"Can I at least ask for a duel? I want to die in combat!"
"I'm not the one who will decide this."
------------------------
Rumbles has invited everyone to decide what Chaos' fate should be... Will it be imprisonment, will it be death? Anything you can think of, vote for it!
Rumbles vote: Put Captain Chaos, Chaos Bolt and Chaos Zol in the arena and make them kill each other. The survivor will be kept prisoner for life.

"I am sorry it has come to this Chaos. I thought we were friends. I rescued you from the clutches of Robo Bob, so I think killing you would be pointless, and heart breaking. I will recommend imprisonment for life, set to be served here in the villa. He will be confined to his room, but will still be treated with the respect a commander deserves. He will be allowed a visitor once a week for two hours, and will be fed 3 full course meals throughout the day. He will never be able to create creatures again.

" That sounds torturous for the winner. What's the nature of those Chaos leaders as well? Is there any way to salvage sanity? Personally I'd say have him keep fighting the Doctors creatures first before deciding on a final fate for him. We have a map of where those are - he'll take His Elites if they can't be saved and keep facing monster after monster.", Zol says.

"Certainly no point in death. His army is no more. His friends no longer trust him. Many of zem are dead any way. That is certainly more than punishment enough. The final blow will be Imprisonment... I may not have room to speak here..." Abel says, still sad, but with no anger resentment.

"chaos...i never knew you...but i agree with abel there is no point to dieing if your army is no more anyway so imprisonment is the best bet for you" said Cy-Steve with an unknown emotion in his voice

" I have distinct impression that you guys want to torture him more with imprisonment. He want's to die in battle, not rot of old age until he has no power to fight against anything. He's a fighter, I at least want to give him the chance of doing some good in battle rather than rot away in insanity."

"I will not be torturing him at all. In fact, I intend to try to rehabilitate him. Maybe he can use his powers for good, but I do not know if we can remove the darkness that is within him. We will try, and we will keep trying, but we will never harm him. He was my friend, and I intend to keep him prisoner, but offer mercy to him as well. He is in no state to fight, and sending him after these crazy creatures will just be sending him to his own execution.

"well if you put it that way...then i think he should have his last wish of dieing in battle...and i can easily grant him his wish but i wont if i cant" Cy-steve said as the last part quietly

"It wasn't his wish to die in combat, it was Robo Bob's. He wanted to end the lives of those who he felt had betrayed him, but he wanted to do it without it costing his own life. He doesn't want to die in battle, he wants to destroy those who he believes to be evil."

" Eh well I'll wait for more input. I'd like to know what he thinks of being rehabilitated. Truth is I don't really know him as well as you guys I think.

Captain Chaos talks:
"I don't want to be imprisoned or whatever! I want a duel to the death against either Zol or Abel!"

"With that being said, I think Clapton and Rumble should have the most weight in this decision. Clapton was his ally, and Rumble was his second in command. Zol should have a little bit of input as well, considering he was the one who suffered at the hands of Chaos' insanity. I knew him well too, and spend a lot of time with him, but I fear my punishments are geared toward helping a lost friend, and not punishing him for his wrong doings."

" Well I hear that he will go insane without killing. I have no idea what species he is either so this claim could hold up. I don't like the chance of him losing his mind forever in therapy. I'd rather he'd be granted his wish of combat while we know he's still sane. Of course I say you all have a higher claim of what to do to him, even Abel cause he was actually attacked. Learning towards some death battle cause if we don't from what I understand of Abel's people they might not buy the idea of keeping him prisoner is the best form of torture there is - a way to sugar coat the idea of rehabilitation to them."
