It is imperative that we discuss this ongoing issue. It has come to my attention that mail has been appearing in people's mailbox with the address being from commanders who have NOT sent it. This could be a result of the recent Nectar Army, but I fear that it could be even worse of an issue.
If you receive any mail that sounds suspicious, it should be addressed here for both the commander who apparently sent it to state openly in front of everyone whether it was from them or not.
We might even find some sort of pattern to figure out who is interfering with our mail.

Zol looks on before saying, "Actually my second in command bought this mail which was sent to one of the new armies in the region. I'm also trying to see if anyone else got such mail. So this letter is addressed from Glacier, the leader of Vo Spader's forces correct?
Why would he have sent it to the new leader, Chrom?
This is quite strange.

To be honest I have no clue who Chrom is. From the letter it sounds like he's a new army. Haven't been dealing with armies lately, more on fighting wildlife that keeps trying to eat refugees that come to my army.

Maybe we should address who this Chrom person is anyway. Kind of strange... a new army appearing right when the Nectar Army does. And all the while, we still do not know much about that strange doctor.
