Just wondering how this works. Say I have a project which was stated but not started - ie [0/20] Days can it still be cancelled into a new project? For projects in progress does canceling them still remove the resources used? Can a project be raised or decreased in scale in terms of days? If decreased are the petals still lost?
Just realizing that we don't have much on this section of projects.

Just realised something... The container was a gathering project, I don't see why it would have costed petals... You can have 40 additional petals

Ah, okay then. The other questions still stand though. Primarily talking about my Create Resistance Tank - 1 Stainless Steel - 1 Titanium -40 Petals [0/20] Days.

I'll let this one to Bloodmancer...
I guess you can pause it though!

You can convert the days/resources into another project

Err do I also lose the days for "gathering" the container or should it be translated to gathering something else?

No, those can all be converted if you decided to cancel the project.

Ok so really this is just clarification once again regarding projects... 1. We CAN split projects between commanders 2. We CAN split projects between our own slots 3. We CAN build buildings that provide additional research slots (Excluding gathering, correct?) 4. We CAN sell or buy our or their slots to other commanders to use 5. If we cancel a project we CAN apply the days spent on that project toward the new project. Do we get a refund on petals and resources spent as well? A percentage? Please let me know the answers to each question Sorry for being annoying, I just figured it would be good to clarify all aspects of the research process.

Yes.
4. Essentially renting them.
5. They can be put into the next project.
