Ah, Okay. Do I need entries for normal Pikmin foes like Arachnodes?
Watery Skitter Leafs
Skitter Leaves with the ability to survive in water.
Ground Arachnodes
Arachnodes which prefer to catch prey in pitfall webs instead. Good burrowers as well. Lacks the ability to climb.
Aqua Yellow Pikmin
Pikmin resistant to electricity. Can't swim but can hold breath for much longer in water. Loses the high fly ability and super strength.
Heavy Yellow Wollywogs
Heavy thick skinned Wolloywogs that can crush smaller armored units
Misty Waddlepus
Waddlepus who's bubbles spread mist once popped. Still no offensive capability besides trapping small units in bubbles.
Aquatic Cannon Larvae
Armored Cannon Larvae which have much less armor for the ability to survive in water. Can also dig underwater tunnels yet lost the ability to shoot solid projectiles being only able spit out held in water at low pressure.

I don't think normal unchanged units are necessary!
It's just better for references!

More Troops
Elite Troop
Acidic Goolix
A Goolix which instead of water is comprised of a mostly acidic liquid instead. It's also more flexible than a regular Goolix able to do body slams. Can't be held in the APC for obvious reasons. Can also crush units within and projectiles.
Special Troops
Berserker Crawmad
Crawmads which are faster and stronger than other Crawmads. They have lighter shells as a result as well as refusing to use any ranged attacks. Once committed to battle they will not retreat.
Long Tongued Wolloywog
Wolloywogs with long tongues which they use to catch units and eat. They lack the thick skin of regular Wolloywogs but are slightly faster.
Goolite
Small Goolix which still have the same sized cores compared to thier smaller bodies. Are trained to smash units between it's two cores. Relativly fast compared to other units it has much less resistance to ranged attacks.
Gellite
Small Goolix made up of a single core and a gel like substance instead of water. It has high defensive capabilities absorbing most projectiles at the cost of being as slow as molasses, only suicidal or incapacited units would ever get caught by it. A defensive
