Is there a limit on them somehow? Like how many you can have? I don't remember seeing any in the rules, so I thought I would just ask.

Can you ask for help on a project, so it takes less day, but the same cost to complete it?

Well... if the ally is willing, they could use a project slot to do the project. But thats really about all.
