SO it kills plans, if it reads them or not. It can still tell you what the enemy is planning to do based on positions and movements. I'm gonna have to say no on this, especially seeing as how it could completely forfeit the other side's plans.
E.G. If LW decides to put snipers under the water, and pop out when the enemies aren't looking, I would be able simply bomb them first instead of marching into their base right away, making his plans useless. It makes victories far to easy.

isn't that what war machines are supposed to do? What can I do to make it fair? I really want a satellite!

It could act as a fancy radar, and tell you what the enemy is sending... That's really the most they can do, It will let you plan better, but directly understanding an enemies general plans make you OP in a battle, that's why typically use third parties to write them, so participants don't know the other sides plans.
And no, War machines are supposed to give you an advantage that can't be negated as easily as troops. Tanks can't be killed with SMGs.

ok... so if it just tells you who is being deployed it is fair? And not provide Up-To_Date info on where they are on the battlefield? That's ok with me then. The only problem there would be that you would have to wait for the enemy to submit their plans, then have the writer of the plans send you the info of WHO is being committed, and then write your own battle. Does that make sense?

No, the person the satellite is being used against will just have to post what they are sending. It would really only be effective in attacks, a mod will still write the battle.

Would using a 10 day project to have more 100 ordinary troops (or 10 specials) be acceptable?

Name: Rickmobile. Class: War Machine. Description: A regular Ice Cream Truck except two snow cone launchers are on the sides and it has the wings of a plane. Abilities: Rick can pilot this machine and fire snow cones at enemies while flying! It also has an ejection system to save Rick in tough situations! However, the snow cones don't really fire rapidly, and the truck doesn't really have good accuracy. Cost: 40 Petals, 1 Stainless Steel, and 2 Aluminum.
