Maybe Jackmin could be moved up to elite and granted combat abilities for balancing purposes? I don't know, stealing war machines is super cool, and kind of overpowered... but at the same time the jackmin is sort of useless otherwise. Maybe you are right, and keeping him the way he is now is good, but I would just feel like they were wasting a unit slot personally... even If I had a combat oriented playstyle.

Honestly, he kinda does sound like an elite class if he's made slightly better than normal Pikmin, he'd be on the low scale in combat except for his abilities. I'm not too keen on the idea of selling Elites at the Outpost, at least not without being exceptionally expensive even more than the current ratios now.

Yeah and you would have to limit them to only 1 in existence... maybe you could do it as a special event at some point, where you auction an elite off to the highest bidder over a period of a few days. I don't know, just brain storming.

Actually, any unit could supposedly hijack a vehicle, Jackmin can just o it record time. They all look good.

Another thing for approval...
This idea should be accredited to lonewanderer
UAV type: war machine? Description. This is an unmanned aerial aircraft. It's job is to look at other bases and see what their resources are and their troop numbers. Battle role: no combat capabilities Abilities: each UAV can watch one persons base at a time, giving us knowledge of their logs (not what they type, just what they have). They also fly super high and can't be seen.
20 days 40 petals 1 aluminum.

Also...
Assassin's Dojo Type: Building Appearance: It is a Japanese dojo-style building with a few vines hanging from it so it blends in with the other buildings. Defenses: 0 Abilities: This building will train 5 Night Blades per day, as long as there are the required resources. They use wood to practice breaking with their hand, and as such, they consume 1 wood every day.
Cost: 100 petals 50 days 5 resources

Couldn't you just add the Nightblades to your troop count? Also, the UAV looks fine, but if there anti-aircraft guns at a base, and it can be seen, there might be a small chance, but it can be seen, then it can be shot down.

More Mercs! Need feedback on MMP though.
Basic
Masterless Mushroom Pikmin Mushroom Pikmin who appear to have lost sentience. They seem to have only one single desire, to rush into those that kill other Pikmin in their sight. They only attack by bashing their mushrooms at their foes. It's really hard to stop them from following other Pikmin. They help keep the peace between Pikmin and creatures in the outpost, nobody wants to get rushed by hundreds of these guys. Due to following other Pikmin they have to be bought in higher quantities as it seems impossible for one Pikmin to leave with only ten - a decent amount of them will also follow. Note, they don't distinguish sides, if you kill Pikmin and they see it they'll also attack you if the offending unit isn't a Pikmin as well.
50 For 60 Petals
Snooping Snitchbug
Flying units that are smaller than the average Snitchbug. Their wings are silent when they fly. They are also naturally dark blue to blend into shadows. They have reduced carrying capacity, they can barely hold a Pikmin, let alone Purple or Rock ones. Best used to get positions to develop better plans.
10 for 15 Petals
Special
Glowmin Larger than average Pikmin that are white and are constantly glowing. They can send out a pulse of light from their body blinding those who don't have any warning. They need about a minute before using this ability again. Slightly more durable than normal Pikmin although their large size makes them a target. No problems with weapons but armor would weaken the effect of their light pulse.
1 for 15 petals
Aquatic Bulborb A species of Bulborb that specialize in swimming. They are also larger than average Bulborbs. They are also naturally buoyant allowing for other units to ride it as a mobile island. They can go on land but they move a lot slower without water to hydrate their bodies.
1 for 15 Petals

I could add them to my roster. But this would be kind of like manufacturing. Since you can manufacture machines I figured you should be able to train troops using manufacturing methods.
