The lava fish... Is it a myth or a reality? No one know, all we know is it's legend, transmitted orally. We asked around and decided to write it down for the first time ever!

One day, a young Pikmin woke up in his house, after an earthquake. His entire village was floating on the water, like it was an island all along. He knew something was wrong, his tribe lived in plains, there was no water for miles. The sky was darkened by black clouds and the climate was suddenly really hot. He looked around, and at the other side of water, the plains were separated from the village, forming a gigantic island... or more like a floating platform. There was also a giant mountain... A mountain? There was no mountain around. The elders were discussing something... The young pikmin overheard it. It was not a mountain, it was a volcano!
Some blue pikmins went swimming underwater, to see what was going on. Only one survivor came out screaming:
"How can that fish live underwater? It's made of lava! It's five tongues devoured my friends and anything that touches it is disintegrated!"
Suddenly, the volcano began erupting. Fiery rocks flied everywhere, setting the village on fire. The young Pikmin knew he needed to do something, but he didn't know what. A tail made of lava was splashing around, the water didn't seem to affect it. Some floating Blowhogs were blowing on the tail, with no effect. Suddenly, someone threw a bucket of water at the tail, but it evaporated instantly... The blowhogs blew the vapor on the tail, and it became dry, it became rock. Some soldiers attacked the dry tail and heard scream, the lava fish, still underwater seemed to be hurt.
The young Pikmin jumped on a blowhog and made him blow vapor towards the volcano opening, drying the lava inside... The mountain on the beast's back exploded. The village, it's inhabitants and the lava fish were never heard of again.
