I feel like it just SAYS it's an AI, but it really is making us talk to each other thinking that we are the AI's. Whenever I talk to one of these things, I ask it what it is like to be an AI, and it then responds by telling me that I am the AI. I don't know, but a blind chat would explain a lot of the conversations we have with these fake AIs... but then again it could just be taking a popular reply to a question that has AI in it. I don't know, it's a difficult thing to figure out.

I just wanted to point out that on the fourth line, Evie makes a Universe at war. Earth Assault reference. When commanding the Dervish, a Novus air unit, it will sometimes say, "Intelligent? Yes, Artificial? No."
The founder, a Novus commander, will also say " Intelligent but not artificial." When selected.

Okay, this just sounds like Cleverbot: 2.0. Meaning it's not two users randomly paired up; its just picking from a database of responses that it got from previous conversations.
