A second in command? Why yes I know what that is, why were you considering appointing someone to the position? It is someone who you would greatly trust, and would give orders to your group if you were ever to be indisposed. They could also have other duties, like being your personal diplomat, or being the General of your army... Some Governments actually have a cabinet to support their decisions.
Think of it this way, you are the leader and a second command is someone who is also a leader, but you are the leader of them!
Hopefully that helps clarify your question.

I've known it since you sent me Sylvester and Mr. Swanky. They each have different personalities, they have hopes and they have dreams. Maybe it's time to look over your soldiers, and actually get to know them. They know you are their creator, and they will do anything you ask because of that... but some may prove to have ambitions and hopes and dreams that you could never have even imagined for them!
I would seriously talk to these six troops of yours and figure out who you would want to be in charge in case you were ever stuck inside another dome. I am sure they will tell you just how they feel.

Well, you have to have skills. Could you work in one of my five districts? You can work on the Newspaper, on the News Station, on the Comic Books, on the Movies, or on the Video Games.
